Each individual may register only one account. If a person is found operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed at any time.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password or write it down anywhere. In the event of unauthorized access, Nogat 88 shall not be held liable.
Nogat 88You can deposit to your account using Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT.
Deposits must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Deposits made from a third party's payment method may be rejected and may trigger an account verification requirement.
Before making a deposit, please ensure the amount is correct and that the right payment reference is used. Funds sent with an incorrect reference may take additional time to recover.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed on your account before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed without verification. This requirement exists to protect your own funds.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals via Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless there is a valid reason and prior approval has been granted by customer support.
Nogat 88All bets placed are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled under normal circumstances. However, the cash-out feature may be used to settle a bet early in certain situations.
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or starts significantly later than scheduled, the following rules apply to the management of bets placed on that event Nogat 88's decision is final. In most cases, bets on cancelled events will be refunded.
Any bet placed on clearly erroneous odds or as a result of a technical error will be considered void, and the staked amount will be refunded.
Placing bets to exploit match-fixing or any other form of manipulation is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account in question will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited.
Nogat 88All bonuses and promotional offers are provided subject to specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus means you have accepted the terms applicable to that bonus.
The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once on their first deposit. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly by opening new accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

Nogat 88 Certain activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair environment on the platform. Involvement in any prohibited activity may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
If any of the above activities are proven, Nogat 88 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice and to pursue legal action where applicable.
Nogat 88 Under the following circumstances, an account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.
If an account is closed, the user will be notified via email or SMS (unless the closure is due to a terms violation). Any remaining valid funds will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
To close your account voluntarily, please contact customer support. Any remaining balance will be refunded upon self-requested account closure.
Nogat 88 The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. Our liability for any loss arising from technical issues, network errors, or other unforeseen circumstances is limited.
However, we commit that if a user suffers actual financial loss due to a technical issue on our end, it will be investigated and resolved appropriately.
If you encounter any technical issue, contact customer support immediately and take screenshots of the problem. Reaching out promptly makes it much easier to resolve the issue.
Nogat 88 We reserve the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the website before changes take effect, and a message will be sent to the registered mobile number.
Continuing to use the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please submit a request to close your account.
